The “Newcastle Dance Awards – Australia” Scholarship Program needs your support. 

Australia produces many of the finest dancers working around the world today and most often we find that Newcastle studios have led the way with their teaching standards of excellence in the category of Dance. 

We believe that more Newcastle Dancers need to be recognized in this great city and in doing so we have created a scholarship/awards event which gives young dancers trained here in Newcastle and surrounding areas (Newcastle, Maitland, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast & Hunter Valley) the opportunity to win monetary scholarships to help continue their studies. So many companies give generously to support sports here in the Newcastle area we are just asking that your company also support the sport of DANCE. 

With your help as an Event Sponsor &/or Scholarship Sponsor we can successfully give talented dancers each year in our area a helping hand to reach their goals and continue their studies. 

As we grow it is our aim to set up scholarships to be awarded to ten (10) different Age Divisions; 
ages 8yrs – 17yrs. 
It is also our aim to have 300 dancers compete in this scholarship program each and every year. 
A maximum of 30 students per division to compete for their Age Division Award – based on the time frame that will be needed to produce each professionally judged age division.

COMPANY SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE 

Our first 3 years 2018, 2019 & 2020 showed some great potential, and with your help our next 3 years can be even better. We would like to offer you and your company this unique opportunity to become an Event Sponsor &/or Scholarship Sponsor, with a three (3) year commitment to the event; 2023, 2024, 2025 

Sponsors needed; 

• Diamond Scholarship Sponsor – $10,000 per year (based on this 3 year agreement) 
  Diamond Level Sponsor Funds will be used for 10 Major Dance Scholarships 
• As a Scholarship Sponsor your funds will be used for Dance Scholarships only. 
  Any company can also give multiple scholarship awards. 
• Platinum Scholarship Sponsor – $5,000 per year (based on this 3 year agreement) 
  Platinum Level Sponsor Funds will be used for 5 Major Dance Scholarships 

• As a Scholarship Sponsor your funds will be used for Dance Scholarships only. 
  Any company can also give multiple scholarship awards. 
• Gold Scholarship Sponsor – $1,000 per year (based on this 3 year agreement) 
  Gold Level Sponsor Funds will be used for Multiple Dance Scholarships as needed. 
  As a Scholarship Sponsor your funds will be used for Dance Scholarships only. 
  Any company can also give multiple scholarship awards. 
• Silver Scholarship Sponsor – $500 per year (based on this 3 year agreement) 
  Silver Level Sponsor Funds will be used for Multiple Dance Scholarships as needed. 
  As a Scholarship Sponsor your funds will be used for Dance Scholarships only. 
  Any company can also give multiple scholarship awards. 
• Bronze Scholarship Sponsor – $250 per year (based on this 3 year agreement) 
  Bronze Level Sponsor Funds will be used for Multiple Dance Scholarships as needed. 
  As a Scholarship Sponsor your funds will be used for Dance Scholarships only. 
  Any company can also give multiple scholarship awards.

BENEFITS OF BECOMING A SPONSOR – WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

• Your company logo added to the official event website as a Scholarship Sponsor with a link to your company or organization. Diamond, Platinum & Gold Sponsors will be given top spots.

• Your company logo on all event flyers and collated materials for this event

• Your company logo will be added to all letters we send out, to over 170 dance schools in Newcastle, Maitland, Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast & Hunter Valley areas.
